Title IX and Nondiscrimination Disclosure
 
It is the policy of Ralls Independent School District not to discriminate on the basis of age, race, religion, color, national origin, sex or handicap in its programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
 
The Ralls Independent School District complies with all federal and state rules and regulations and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability. This holds true for all students who are interested in participating in educational programs and/or extracurricular school activities. Public Notification of Nondiscrimination in Career and Technology Education Programs
 
Ralls Independent School District offers career and technology programs in Agricultural Science and Technology Education, Business Education, Health Science Technology Education, and Family and Consumer Science Education. Admission to these programs is based on grade level, interest and aptitude, age appropriateness and class space available.
 
It is the policy of Ralls ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or handicap in its vocational programs, services, or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended: Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
