Ralls Erate 2012

 Ralls Is a small rural district in West TX, located about 30 miles east of Lubbock. We have approximately 525 students and a typical discount rate of 87%.

We have proposed a re-working of our internal data cabling and our  internal phone system. We will require switches, cat 6 cabling and installation. We currently use a hybrid VOIP and PDX system for internal phones.
You should know these proposals are a repeat of our last year's erate application for which we have not yet been funded ( or denied). At anytime during our bidding process for year 15, we may receive funding for year 14. If this happens then our internal connections for our 2 of 5 will have been met and we will proceed with our vendor and plans from year 14. If you submit a bid, you will be notified of this situation should it occur.

We are planning a walk-through on Wednesday, Jan 18, 2012 at 10:00 am. We will tour our 4 campus building and our admin office and answer questions you may have about this project. We will accept propsals until Feb 21. 2012.
